Boeing continues to invest in the total compensation package for employees, but only if you're non-union, do they believe in their health and well-being. At least when it comes to the new paid parental leave, available to both mothers and fathers, starting January 1, 2017. This benefit will be in addition to Boeing’s current maternity leave which is available to mothers only. Boeing at present is not extending these new benefits to it union employees. All new parents and children deserve the time to bond together with out the worry of the challenges that comes with unpaid time off . We believe that ALL Boeing employees deserve this same benefit.
