There is a severe corruption, illegal/inappropriate medical practice by a senior gastro specialist and reputed children's hospital in Sydney, Australia towards my son for 6 long years.

My son has uncurable auto-immune condition called IBD. He was diagnosed with this health condition when he was 6.6 years old in 2013. From 2013 to till date he has been under the care and observation of Senior pediatric gastro specialist in a reputed children’s hospital in Sydney Australia. From 2014 my son has been on biological infusion called as Infliximab infusion.  This infusion is given through IV for every 8 weeks at the hospital day stay ward.

My son has not received the Infliximab medicine through infusion from past 6 years. Evidence for this is 14245 – mandatory infusion administration claims missing from his Medicare and private health insurance claims. Parents have witnessed 2 liters of saline bags without any medicine label on them plenty of times. 14245 is a mandatory administration claim for this infusion as per the National Health Act 1953. Illegal and inappropriate practice has been followed in treating my son. Senior pediatric gastro specialist and children’s hospital has breached National health practitioner laws and National Health Act by not providing this medicine as per the treatment plan for 6 long years.

At present children’s hospital is not ready to release my son from their care and transfer him to a better pediatric gastro and better hospital. Because of illegal and inappropriate infusion my son’s other organs have been compromised now. We are suspecting possible kidney issues and problems. Children’s hospital gastro specialist and clinical governance team has been very unreasonable and inhumane. Neither they are ready to investigate the past infusions which have gone wrong nor they ae ready to do an official transfer of my son to different hospital and gastro.
