To relocate the 4 pipes located in the service yards of Waterway Terraces I and II into an external area outside of residents' homes

The Issue

  1. Placement of pipes is not known to homeowners prior to signing of contract
  2. Flawed location of pipes will result in problems and inconvenience faced by homeowners daily, such as inability/difficulty in placing both dryer and washing machine, inability to make use of space to put up cabinets/sink etc
  3. Clarification on whether the location of the four pipes in the homes of residents have 'eaten into' the available floor space as stated in the contract signed between homeowners and HDB
