There are many, many more appropriate sites in Hayward that are legally zoned (unlike this one) for Abode's 126+ single-occupant units Homeless Shelter & Drug Rehab planned for 2595 Depot Rd. as a 4-story building overlooking our families' homes, parks and four (4) schools. 

It is illegal to background check the applicants with fingerprints. Including the sex offenders. 

A non-local corporation buys the property with our tax money - while our safety, privacy and property values suffer. 

Helping out-of-work individuals is great. Hurting hard-working families is completely unnecessary! There are no jobs, transit or entertainment anywhere near this site. 

Please sign our petition to relocate this project to an area that makes sense! Keep our children safe!
