Through out the 2019-2020 school year Karen Zuniga has shown no improvements for the students attending Lehman High School in Kyle, TX, in fact she has made things worse. Parents, students and teachers have been questioning her administration ranging from her not being truthful about the deadly weapon a student brought to campus which she didn’t even take precautionary measures, to her being unfit as head Principal at Lehman. The previous school year she was head Principal at Science Hall Elementary School yet being principal of an elementary shouldn’t have qualified her to have the job as Principal at Lehman. There is such a big difference between an elementary school and a high school which she clearly doesn’t grasp on how important that is. As a student that attends Lehman i’m ashamed to be enrolled at a school where a principal can’t help her own students to achieve Integrity, Wisdom, and Pride which is Lehmans High School motto. A lot has happened in the 2019-2020 school year at Lehman and with your support I am hopeful to have a new head principal at Lehman with previous experience administrating a high school. I want this upcoming school year to be better than it was before for students that attend Lehman, faculty that work at Lehman, and for the parents that send their teens to Lehman. So I urge to sign this petition and help make a difference to the LHS community.
