This last month I suffered from headaches and a couple severe cluster headaches. Medication alone didn’t help. It wasn’t until the lockdown ended that I was able to get a deep tissue massage and get more relief from my headaches. There isn’t any type of massage machine or chair that can replace the skills of a Massage Therapist. Planning to get acupuncture done next week.
