Outdated facilities, poorly trained staff, accusations of abuse, misuse of chemicals, allegations upon allegations of pets coming out of the Hawaii Animal Quarantine Station either malnourished, abused, or dead.

The Chairperson for the Department of Agriculture, as well as the Director of the Quarantine Station state that the staff at the facility follow station protocol at all times.  Perhaps station protocol needs revision?

The majority of pets in the quarantine facility belong to military members transferring to the Island of Oahu to serve our great country, don't they deserve an acceptable level of care for their pets?  Or is a State run facility allowed to operate at an unacceptable level without consequence?

Change is needed.  Sign and share our petition so that our concerns can be heard and action taken to update the facility and properly train and equip the staff!
