There has been one person at some point in every individuals life who was there for you. It could’ve have been and a hand to help, a leg to stand on, or a shoulder to cry on. Whether it was a mother or father, a friend, of perhaps a common stranger, there are individuals the help us along the way, that make us strive to do better in all aspects of life, that encourage us to be a helping hand to someone else. 
     Though many see her as just back-ground adventure fodder for the comic character known as Spider-Man, she plays a pivotal role in what makes him the hero we know and love today. Having raised Peter Parker with her late husband Ben after the passing of her brother-in-law and his wife, Aunt May is that support Spider-Man needs, that constant reminder that going the extra mile can make a world of difference. Without her, who knows where Peter could have ended up.

     That being said, Hasbro please make an Aunt May action figure if you end up reading this. This character deserves one. You know, I know it, you reading this right now know that you’d buy one. If you’re worried about retail sales just make it a Pulse exclusive or Haslab project. Give it a retro card back. You could have her come with an empty Spider-Man suit from Amazing Spider-Man issue #25 and a picture of Uncle Ben. For the respect of the fans, we all need our Aunt May.
