In 2020 the City of Bozeman reimbursed the Harvest Creek (Bozeman, MT) HOA nearly $50,000 and assumed full maintenance of more than 85% of open space and parks, including ALL lawn care, irrigation, tree care, snow removal, dog pots, and dog bags.

The $50,000 reimbursement has not been accounted for and homeowners have been getting double billed for work the City is doing in our HOA. There are several concerns and questions regarding the current Harvest Creek HOA property management company -- inaccurate financials, misinformation, budget discrepancies, poor communication, falsified documents, questionable accounting practices, etc.

SIGN THIS PETITION if you would like the Harvest Creek HOA board to look into conducting a third party forensic audit of our current property management company and secure at least 3 competitive proposals from alternate property management companies.
