I know some of you may not want this in class but we should start thinking about the people that need it. I think we should from now on have mental and helpful classes to prevent depression, loneliness, and sadness. There was a shooting at saugus high school on November 14, 2019, me and my piers belive that the reason the shooter did this was because he felt depressed, lonely, or had no one to talk to so he bottled up all of his feelings and eventually couldn’t handle it anymore so he decided to shoot. This is not good we NEED mandatory classes that talk about how to get rid of depression and how to let things out in a fashionable way. This can really help many people and our society. Bullying is a problem to but we’ve tried to stop it for the longest and to me i think this can help a lot of people’s emotions. Sign the petition and take a stand for our community.
