It comes without saying, that its hard for underage music artists, performers, vendors, visual artists, to preform or present their work at any 21+ events.

Unless you are a diplomat, a big record label or production company, clubs don't have any underage performers who are up-and-coming, and it leaves you hopeless most of the time if you are an independent singer, visual artist presenting your work, a DJ, EDM artist, escape artist, vendor, etc. who is under 21 years old.

I have an idea for a special legal exception application that you can submit and apply for and send to your state that will give any artist, performer, DJ, singer, visual artist, or vendor (As long as they aren’t selling alcohol or tobacco.) under the age 21 the privilege to remain in any place that’s 21+, but they can only be active in any of those places for 12 hours per 3 months as long as they present their work of any sort at the place for at least 10 minutes or longer.

If you are under 18, you have to have your parents sign the form. If your parents have any criminal history of failing to pay child support or tax evasion, they would not be able to apply for their kid.

It’s basically would just be a legal license that you can get from the state that will basically make you eligible as someone’s who’s under 21 to enter any 21+ over place but only if they have some kind of art, or something to offer. Such as if they are a performer who’s doing a performance within the establishment, music artist like a pop singer, DJ, piano player, etc. Or a visual artist who is currently presenting their work there at a gallery thats normally 21+.

You would get it at the DMV you would normally get your drivers license at but you would be able to get it there as well as your normal drivers license.

You obviously still can’t drink if you have this exception and you still have to be careful about your conduct too because if you get caught underage drinking in or outside of the establishment, or committing any kind of crimes wether they are related to alcohol or tobacco while underage or not, your Artist/Performer Tab may be suspended or revoked depending on the cases.

The paper work you would get the same day, and it would just be basic paperwork with a scannable barcode saying that your an artist or performer and that you can be in the areas as long as you are presenting your work.

You can’t apply for it if you have any kind of criminal history of underage drinking for more than 1 time, DUIs, drug possession, smuggling, illegal immigration, assault, battery, graffiti, vandalism, terrorism, failed to pay child support, bomb threats, or you would also not be eligible to apply for one if your current under 21 drivers license or your current Artist And Performer application is suspended or revoked.

Your application will not apply to you when you turn 21 years old.
