For many years the people at Harrods have told us they have a multi-faith/prayer/peace room in their plans. As of yet they have not lived up to their promises. 

Harrods is not only visited by locals (some of which are foreign students and business people) but by many tourists who spend millions of pounds in the store annually. Due to the size and dining facilities at the store one is inclined to spend hours in there which for some requires a clean dedicated space for prayer or meditation. On occasion I have been directed to a changing room to pray at other times i've been told they are planning to allocate a room but still nothing.

There are smaller stores and centres up and down the country providing these rooms - most have washing facilities too and I believe it is only right that the multi faith customers of Harrods have the option to pray or meditate in a clean and quiet place.
