Pedestrianise Quernmore Parade, N4.

The Issue

Quernmore Road's parade of shops is a small but vital community focal point that is slowly disappearing by the conversion of traditional shops to  residential properties. It has been unloved, not looked out for and not looked after for far too long.

The remaining traders and local residents have recognised that there is a need and desire for this remaining stretch of Quernmore Road to be transformed into something that can be a focal point for the local community.

By pedestrainising the parade, we hope to breathe new life into this forgotten area of N4 and use the space in partnership with Stroud Green Library for community events, farmers markets and a space for the neighbourhood to meet and use.

We need your help. Please sign our petition, help raise awareness for our cause.

Help us ask Haringey Council to consider the longterm ramifications on the community of converting local shops and help create a space for all the neighbourhood to enjoy.
