Since 1968, local residents have asked Harlow Council to close an alleyway that has been overrun with anti-social behaviour and graffiti, as well as needles and drug paraphernalia.

This alleyway is known locally as the "black run". It is near to Abbotsweld Primary School, in Harlow.

The Council has repeatedly refused to take the action that has been requested by local residents, even as anti-social behaviour has got worse.

If we can get 650 signatures, this issue will have to be debated in FULL COUNCIL at Harlow, pushing this much higher up the Council's radar.
