The Issue

I am really frustrated with Tata Sky! The value of my plans changes without notice or warning. Tata Sky’s costs are constantly rising and the customer service is getting worse by the day. Why is India’s biggest DTH provider unable to provide their customers a frustration-free experience?

Telephone sales calls from Tata Sky over-promise or outright lie. Schemes, freebies and discounts are promised to get us customers to subscribe. After we subscribe, Tata Sky customer service operators deny that these offers ever existed. Getting through to customer service and having a complete conversation is a challenge in itself, especially when the slightest drizzle knocks out the connection. 

I am a retired professional and I do not want to deal with the stress of constant complaints and fights. I also don’t want to give up on Tata Sky and move to a competitor.

Tata Sky caters to 14.5 million Indians. That’s more than 1 percent of our entire population. Tata Sky owes us good, honest service. That’s what the Tata brand is supposed to stand for. I am sending them an appeal and I’m hoping they’ll take notice, listen and do something to clean up their act.

I am calling out to every Tata Sky customer out there who has felt my frustration. Please join me and sign this petition and share it with your family and friends who have experienced the same problem. If enough of us speak up, Tata Sky will have to respond and fix their issues.
