This is important because the Harford County Board of Education and the Harford county Government does not understand how this impacts the students of all Harford county schools. These teachers help students every day, and make learning fun. They need to find some other way to save money. It is not the teacher’s fault that the budget was not properly balanced. Instead of cutting teachers jobs/salary, they need to cut their own salaries because they didn’t manage the budget correctly! The citizens of Harford County deserve better than this. The students of Harford County depend on these teachers. This is why we need to save their jobs.
