The Happy Pants Ranch is an independent, no kill, donation reliant, animal sanctuary and rescue registered charity based in North Kent. A forever home for over 350 animals, many with special needs, with nowhere else to go, and also a wellbeing hub for the local community and volunteers. Swale Borough council did not approve their planning application. This petition  is to support their appeal
