Petition to file class action lawsuit against WWTA on Forced Storm Water Fees (aka Tax)

Petition to file class action lawsuit against WWTA on Forced Storm Water Fees (aka Tax)
The Issue
Join the petition to be included in class action lawsuit against Hamilton County and Hamilton County Waste Water Treatment Authority (WWTA) for unconstitutional storm water fees (tax) forcibly placed on YOUR water bills for homes on septic with NO storm water reclamation system. This would include over half of Hamilton County, Tennessee homes.
The recent rulings by the Supreme Court on Obamacare throwing out fees which are really taxes opens the door to challenge the WWTA forced fees (taxes) on consumer's water bills. No law was passed to force citizens to pay storm water TAX, this was pushed through as an administrative reveue grab and time for the citizens to say enough!
Rural residents are not here to subsidize loss leader sewer treatment operations ( Ponzi schemes ) for developers neighborhoods. Developers should pick up impact fees if they want sewer services.
The individuals on the petition will be provied to the attorneys for the class action. The complaint will request a refund of all monies paid to WWTA for forced billing in the past.
