As a resident of Massachusetts and an owner of horses, I have been directly impacted by the changes in our weather patterns. The summer of 2023 has been one of the top three rainiest seasons in our state's history. The ground, which normally dries up during summer and fall providing perfect fields for my horses, now remains muddy for the whole year, causing fungal infections and ruining their largest food supply of grazing on the field freely. It is becoming increasingly rare to experience a whole week of dry weather. As well as the immense level of snowfall seen by California the winter of 2023, causing havoc and disruption in their community and the drought that preceeded this, also causing havoc. Anywhere you look you can  find symptoms of this.

This unusual weather pattern doesn't only affect me and my animals; it also impacts other farm animals, wildlife, and farmers' horticulture. Earning a living from any outdoor work is becoming nearly impossible due to these drastic weather manipulation programs. I.E. HAARP and cloud-seeding, While these practices may claim to have their benefits, we must consider their potential impact on natural ecosystems and local livelihoods.

We need more research into this matter and stricter regulations on such practices until we fully understand their implications. We cannot afford to gamble with nature or people's lives based on incomplete knowledge.

This patent controls the formation of clouds  to help prevent rain or clouds in certain areas. But I question this, if you dissipate a cloud from one area. Where does it then go ? Einstein proved energy cannot be created nor destroyed, so what happens to clouds we "dissapate"

The present invention provides a method for producing rain or snow from natural atmospheric clouds using seeding agents characterized by a high solubility in water and a large endothermic heat of solution in water. Typical examples of materials suitable for use in practicing this invention are urea, potassium nitrate, potassium nitrite, and ammonium nitrate. Laboratory experiments have shown urea to be effective in producing ice crystals in a vapor cloud having a temperature as high as +6* C. In field experiments, urea has been observed to cause snow showers in supercooled clouds.

These are just 2 examples  that were from the 50's Era. Who really knows what patents and weather manipulation methods exist today. There is a garuntee of more information out there if you take the time to look for yourself.
