We sadly suspect that the worst may have occurred – Timu may have fallen prey to dog smugglers, an increasingly distressing issue in our area. This horrifying incidence has been on a steady rise not just in Nagaland but also in the nearby districts of Assam.

Dog smuggling is a terrifying and evolving crisis that is ravaging families like ours and incurring unimaginable suffering to pets who are otherwise loved and cared for. We are raising this request on behalf of our family, and many others, who are being gravely impacted by the wanton acts of dog smuggling in our regions.
