My home in North Mount Juliet is on the verge of becoming crowded, losing its serenity and possibly being physically affected due to the planned construction of Elliott Reserve. This development, planned to be merely 50 feet from my property line, not only risks my peace and enjoyment but also potentially threatens the structural integrity of my property due to possible rock blasting and adverse geotechnical conditions.

The current plan is not just an issue affecting me. The construction of Elliott Reserve is setting a dangerous precedent of overdevelopment without adequate consideration and planning for infrastructure improvements, and without proper attention to surrounding homes and businesses. This practice is transforming our neighborhood from a comfortably spaced community into a cram-packed living space.

The Planning Board of Mount Juliet has the power to stop this. We can no longer stand silently and watch our cherished community change for the worse. We must urge the Planning Board to vote no on the construction of Elliott Reserve. This decision needs careful consideration and our voices need to be heard.
