As a local property and business owner, I am deeply concerned about the proposed opening of Señor Frogs on Hollywood Beach Boardwalk at the 1402 North Boardwalk/Surf Rd. This establishment is known for its loud music and late-night operations, which are not compatible with our community's character. Our beach is surrounded by family businesses and hotels that value peace and tranquility for their customers. 

Moreover, there are zoning issues at play here. The building that Señor Frogs intends to rent is not zoned for restaurant use, which poses legal complications as well as potential disruptions to our neighborhood.

The impact on local businesses cannot be underestimated either. Hotels and motels around the area will likely suffer from noise disturbances affecting their guests' comfort and sleep quality—potentially leading to negative reviews and decreased patronage.

We need to preserve the unique charm of Hollywood Beach Boardwalk while ensuring all businesses respect our community's rules and values. Let us come together to voice our concerns about this development that could drastically alter our beloved neighborhood's ambiance.
