Like many others, I have invested years into building and creating in the worlds of Eldham and Rathnir on the Stoneworks Minecraft server. These worlds are not just digital landscapes to us; they represent over five years of combined (3 years of Rathnir, 2 of Eldham) history, creativity, friendship, and community. The proposed freezing of these worlds threatens to erase this history forever.

The decision to freeze Eldham and Rathnir in favor of creating a new world is not just an administrative change; it's a blow to our community. Many players have already expressed their intention to leave if this action proceeds. This could lead to a significant drop in active users which would ultimately cause our beloved server to die out.

We understand that progress is important for maintaining interest in any game environment. However, we believe there are ways forward that do not involve erasing what we've built together over half a decade of combined history.

We urge the administrators of Stoneworks Minecraft Server to reconsider their decision. We propose an open dialogue about how we can move forward while preserving our shared digital heritage.
