We, concerned parents and community members, are calling for an immediate halt to the proposed construction of the IPAS centre on Herberton Road. Located merely a stone's throw away (450 metres) from our main school, Loreto College Crumlin, we fear that this centre could detrimentally impact the safety and welfare of our children. School zones should be secure and tranquil areas that foster learning and growth. The positioning of this centre will invade that tranquillity and could present unknown hazards. Before proceeding with this project, we firmly demand a thorough investigation into the potential repercussions and community consultation.
