As a homeowner and a member of the Willowsford Homeowners Association (HOA), I am deeply concerned about the current Concervancy budgeting process and financial status of the farm. The transparency and fairness of the process has come into question and is causing concern amongst the members. 

 

I, the undersigned, am attaching my name to this petition so the Willowsford HOA halts the approval process for the Conservancy Budget and maintains the 2024 budget levels and approvals, up and until:

1) There is a clear understanding of all the expenses incurred by the Conservancy, with special emphasis on the Farm.

2) A future state plan and updated budget is presented to the Residents

3) The Residents at an HOA meeting (majority of votes of those present at said meeting) provide support for the Budget and Plan forward.
