As neighbors who have lived in Point Loma for many years, the quality of our lives and the entire community is heavily interwoven with the environment and culture we have cultivated here on the Point. The completion of the Complete Communities Project at 1004 Rosecrans would be a major alteration of that. According to data provided by city planners, this project will expand urban areas into current residential zones, potentially disrupting the life we lead in Point Loma.

We acknowledge the need for changing urban frameworks; however, it is vital to ensure these advances also protect and consider the ambiance and quality of life that has been established in Point Loma. Now is the time to take a stance. Our plea is to preserve the character of our neighborhood, an action which does not rule out progress, but rather calls for thoughtful and considerate development. 

Please sign this petition today to halt the Complete Communities Project at 1004 Rosecrans in Point Loma and until we have a Community Conversation with our elected officials and the Developer for this project. Your signature could change the future of our beloved Point Loma community.
