We are concerned members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). We write this petition as lawyer members affected by the recent increase in membership dues.

We support (i) halting the increase in IBP Membership Dues and Lifetime Membership Fee and (ii) publicly disclosing IBP's financial statements and minutes of meetings for transparency purposes.

We consent that this petition will be attached as a supplementary document to the Letter dated 16 February 2024 of Atty. Raymond Clarence Yu Rodis previously submitted to the Supreme Court. This is for the purpose of displaying the stand of multiple members of the Bar against the increase of dues and for the increase in transparency in the IBP.

We humbly request that the Supreme Court intervene immediately in this matter and instate remedies that it feels in its infinite wisdom are just and equitable.
