Subject: Urgent Request to Stop Grading and Dumping at 6802 W Duncan Rd  This petition is a good-faith effort by local residents to raise public and environmental concerns and nuisance issues, based on observable activity, publicly available records, and town communications. Our intent is to urge regulatory compliance and protection of Goose Creek’s federally protected ecosystem. This petition does not intend to accuse any party of wrongdoing beyond what is supported by observation, public documents and regulatory standards. We, the undersigned, respectfully submit this petition urging the Town of Fairview to immediately halt all grading, dumping, and construction-related activity at 6802 W Duncan Rd due to significant legal, environmental, and regulatory concerns. These activities are directly impacting the surrounding community and federally protected ecosystems, including critical habitat for the endangered Carolina Heelsplitter mussel.
