We like many others, fell victim to the deceptive practices of Big Motoring World. My son  purchased a car that  developed problems. When he turned to the warranty for assistance, it only offered to cover labour costs for repairs exceeding £1000. This left him with a hefty bill and a vehicle still unfit for purpose. After countless phone calls we did get them to pay half but it wasn't easy and we spent hours on the phone .

Big Motoring World has proven unobtainable, unhelpful, and difficult in these situations. Their warranty is misleading and expensive . The number of negative reviews and complaints against them are alarmingly high.

It's time we demand transparency from Big Motoring World. We must insist on their accountability for selling cars that are not fit for purpose alongside warranties that fail to provide adequate coverage.

We call upon consumer protection agencies to investigate these practices thoroughly and ensure justice is served. We urge all potential customers to be aware of these issues before making any purchase from this company.
