Riley Harkin’s Player Infractions
This statement is being written in regards of Riley Harkin being dismissed from the Lady Spartans Basketball Program. This decision has been made because of many player infractions. The first infraction, Riley Harkin disrespected her teammates by discouraging them inside and outside of the locker room, lacks improvement regarding positive encouragement toward others, berates others when they make a mistake, and cares about her own play with little regard to team success and is disrespectful of team captains. Second infraction with regards to practice, when she was injured, she missed practice with no communication, when at practice, she did not pay attention or act as a team player, and lacks consistent effort. Third infraction, with regard to the games, she lacks emotional self- control while sitting on the bench, sat with parent and friend at the last game of the season and cheered for the opposing team and does not take responsibility for mistakes. Fourth infraction, she did not schedule an appointment with the coaching staff to discuss issues, tells different versions of untrue stories to different people in order to manipulate situations for her advantage, and due to her reputation among the student population, other students will not try-out for the team.

The above is a critique from the coach who put this in writing as reasons to cut a 3 year starter from the team her senior year. If you believe that this does not represent Riley Harkin and this is an outright personal attack on her and feel Shawana Harrison is the problem  please sign this petition.
