                      Subject:  reiterate our request to avail  the GSIS restructuring housing load program ,since August 16,2013 with Ref .No.- 20130816-000107. As per RA 9182, SPAVLAW. And other existing  laws ..  ,

This refers to the  letter  dated 26 November  2013 of MS. Aida del Rosario , In this regard , May we reiterate our  former  request to furnish the herein petitioners  the  photo copy/ies  of GSIS  Implementing Rules and Regulations , on this matter, and likewise , your honors please furnish the same ,  any available  records on file ,  related to the payments of the said  account of retried  public school teacher  MARINA D NARTATES , with Principal Loan of 323,000.00  and Moreover  the copy/ies of  the  forclosure orders in 1976 as  stated previously .

Ms. Aida del Rosario  stated in the  said letter ( attached herewith )  that the said forclosed property is classified  as medium ticket account , Please  furnish the undersigned the  copy/ies  of GSIS legal basis on this matter .

Likewise the GSIS , legal basis for consolidating the said  forclosed property and  the said three other  lots ,which was sold by the said member to  GSIS for (  twenty two thousand pesos per square meters, Php 22,000,00 , precisely against her  will , except  for the  compromise  agreement , that   favors  the GSIS ,  withdrawal of the  CIVIL CASE  NARTATES VS GSIS , )  .and sell it as one consolidated lot ,

As   earlier stated that RA 6713 Code of Conduct and Ethical standards is requested many times , ever since  , but  many  times , ignored by some GSIS employees , resulted in making our lives more hopeless than before .

IN VIEW   HEREOF Your honor please advise the concern officials to comply , otherwise we will report this matter to the proper agency concern. For further   investigations.
