Skii and Mulan, along with Martha and Bingo were placed into kennels whilst my house was sold. The intention was that we were to be in our new house by January, this fell through and therefore we had to look again. 

Having found a suitable place after a few visits, we were ready to make a move at the beginning of April, this of course had to be placed on hold due to COVID-19 outbreak and so I managed to build temp kennels at my mothers house for two of the dogs Bingo (The Old Boy) and Martha (she is epileptic on meds), so I took the decision to get them into the homemade temp kennel. 

After trying to book and rebook ferries to be able to make the move, We only had room in the vehicles to move my mums two dogs and Bingo & Martha and then it was sorted that I would travel back to collect mother and daughter, (Skii & Mulan). 

Eventually we managed to start our journey at the end of june to arrive at our new house in July. The plan was to get everything unpacked and settled and to get new kennels put up at the house and to arrange everything for all the dogs. 

The kennels are for the evening when the dogs go to bed and if we were out for the day. I love and care for all of my dogs, like children they all have their own little quarks and friendship circle. 

The idea was that August was going to be the time to be able to go back to the UK to collect both my girls and bring them over to our new home. Unfortunately the French decided again to close the borders between itself and the rest of europe, thus rendering me with problems getting to the UK and back again. 

The ferry companies that go straight to Spain from the UK have onboard kennels, because this is a long journey direct from the UK to Spain, you have to use the onboard kennels so that the dogs can stretch their legs and not be confined to the fitted cages in the car. These kennels are booked up way in advance and it is a real struggle to try and get them booked for the return journey. 

I have been unwell with a severe chest infection and therefore unfit to travel myself. The kennels took it upon themselves to re register my dogs in their names without any official signing over. 

I received no notification either by email or text or telephone that this had been done. My girls have then been transferred to GSR Elite, whom have made libel slander remarks all over their website with regards to my girls and stated a lot of inaccurate and inappropriate remarks. 

These lies have come from the kennels that originally had my dogs. 

Bearing in mind that one day as i was at the kennels collecting Martha to go take her for a check up at my vets, the incompetent staff at the kennels allowed an interaction between Martha and Skii that caused them both to need vet treatment. There were specific instructions left with the kennels to which of my dogs were allowed to be with whom.

As a dog owner, nobody knows your dogs better than you and when you use a so-called registered kennel, you explain the do’s and don’ts of what and how your own dogs should be kept. A sort of guidelines that you expect the kennels to adhere to and to obey whilst your dogs are in their care, but to see the incompetence of these staff in the handling of my dogs was heart wrenching, unfortunately at the time i had nowhere else close to my vets that I could get my dogs into for a long term boarding, 

You expect a certain kind of standard when you're paying thousands of pounds for kenneling fees, and you don’t expect your dogs to become injured at the hands of the staff there. 

I had all of my dogs and my mother's dog's pet passported by my vets ready to have them all with me in our new home. 

The kennels have lied and stated that no contact was made between myself and them, this is as they have text messages and discounted the fact that if I received text messages I would call them back and speak to them over the phone, so with this there would be no such reply by text in their messages. 

The kennels have tried to state that they had sent an abandonment notice to my old address, HOW RANDOM, knowing full well that I no longer lived at that address as of June 28th, They have on file at the kennels, Phone number ( for texting, whatsApp, or phone calls), Email address. YET they failed in their duty to make contact with a so-called abandonment letter copy via email, or by text or by WhatsApp. 

We have been waiting for the UK to decide what was happening with lockdown and the fact that quarantine also had to be factored into this. There are so many things that are out of everyone’s control. The kennels decided in their own wisdom that these factors were not of consideration for them and decided that they were not looking at the bigger picture, but only the fact they wanted my dogs gone and they didn’t care how or where.
