I can hurt people but most of all it HURTS animals.  Every year with every occasion where fireworks are happening animals are either being hurt badly or running away from their homes.  Their hearing are so much more sensitive than human's and they are scared.  Emotionally it is extremely traumatic for them.  If you have a heart, you will join forces to ban fireworks in SA and actually worldwide.  The picture I post is not a nice sight, but it is the REALITY.
