In February of 2011, Grocery Haulers, Inc. laid off 330 employees with only 3 days notice. According to their contract, employees were supposed to receive severance pay. Almost 2 years later, employees STILL have not seen a penny of the money that is owed to them. In addition, according to the WARN Act ( http://lwd.dol.state.nj.us/labor/employer/layoffs/njwarn.html), employees were also supposed to receive severance pay, but they are also refusing to comply with the act.

We are asking that you please sign our petition and tell Mark Jacobson, CEO of Grocery Haulers, Inc. to PAY THE SEVERANCE AND WARN ACT FINES IMMEDIATELY!!
