We the people OBJECT to Kate Brown's serious overreach of power with Executive Order 19-09 which bans flavored vape products. International studies have shown that vaping is AT LEAST 95% safer, year after year.  With approximately 500,000 Americans dying every year from tobacco-related illnesses, MILLIONS of people worldwide have successfully quit tobacco products because of vaping technology.  Vaping is literally saving millions of lives per year across the globe, creating new jobs, increasing tax revenues, dramatically reducing State and County healthcare burdens and much more.  Vaping saves lives and improves Oregon's overall economy.  Banning flavored vape products does nothing more than play into the hands of Big Tobacco, who is losing millions of dollars per year as people take advantage of healthy vaping technology.  We demand that Kate Brown reverse this harmful executive order and protect the well-being of hundreds of thousands of Oregonians whose lives are better because of this healthy technology.  We demand that Kate Brown reverse this executive order in order to protect the hundreds of Oregon small businesses and their employees who contribute so much to our statewide economies.  Please stand with us hard working Oregonians and DEMAND that Kate Brown immediately reverse Executive Order 19-09.
