Stillbirth statistics in Australia-

6 babies are stillborn everyday 

40% of stillbirths have an unknown cause

these statistics have not changed in two decades.

Mothers presenting at hospitals seeking medical help for their concerns during pregnancy are not being adequately assessed.

They are being sent home without investigation. And told to take pain killers and rest.

These mothers KNOW their body. They KNOW the behaviour of their precious growing babies. By the time their concerns are being taken seriously, their baby has sadly passed away. 

This in MANY cases can be prevented!

Personally I’ve had 7 good friends in the span of 3 years have to bury their much longed for babies. This would have NOT been the case if the medical professionals at the hospitals they presented to did a thorough investigation.

Let’s please try to save innocent lives and stop the heartbreak of families having to farewell their baby instead of welcoming them alive and healthily into their family.
