The Democrat lawmakers are at it again. As usual one of their main orders of business is to infringe on our 2nd Ammendment rights. We have already seen how easily our 1st Ammendment rights can be taken from us due to the absolute power of "Big Tech". Now the Left is coming for our guns...again. I am a proud Texan and always have been. When I served in the Army I always had something to show I was from Texas. I have a tattoo of the Texas flag on my arm. Texans are known for how proud to be Texan we are. Bud Light even made a Real Men of Genius "Mr. Way Too Proud of Texas Guy" commercial.  We have the Alamo and great men like James Bowie and Davy Crockett who gave their lives defending it. "Remember the Alamo!".   The Battle of Gonzales "Come and Take it" which was over a cannon the Mexicans wanted to confiscate from us (sound familiar?). Texas has its own Declaration of Independence from the Mexican government.  The Republic of Texas was established after we won our independence. The Texas Revolution was a war fought against tyrannical rule from a distant source. We are seeing the same thing right now in our present Congress. Now the tyrannical rulers are men and women in suits, with pens to sign away our rights, and money backing them from outside sources like Michael Bloomberg. I know I speak for millions of my fellow Texans when I say "Shall not be Infringed!"  We can not allow anymore unconstitutional laws to be passed that strip us of our God given rights. Especially our 1st and 2nd Ammendment rights. It is your job as our elected officials to not allow these new bills being sent through Texas Legislature to pass into law. Here are a few of the bills the Democrats are trying to push through. 

House Bill 52, 245,118,127,164, 395,172, 241,178, 234,185,196, 201, 231, 236, and 238. 

All of these bills are meant for one thing and that is to infringe on our God given 2nd Ammendment rights. 

So all of us on this petition are asking our elected Texas officials to come together, fight for Texans rights at the state and federal level, and not let the bills listed in this petition or any other unconstitutional bills see the light of day. Ted Cruz wore the "Come and Take It" mask the other day. We ask Senator Cruz to uphold what those words mean.  We ask all of you in Congress to uphold those words and keep Texas the way its meant to be. A Texas we are all too damn proud of! We thank all of you and are trusting all of you to stand up for what's right. Y'all get it done!
