We, the undersigned, call the heads of NATO states to invite Ukraine to join NATO at the Vilnius NATO Summit by signing accession protocols and initiating the ratification process only when the conditions are right.

We, the undersigned, fully understand that NATO is the sole guarantee of long term peace in Europe.

We, the undersigned, are convinced that inviting Ukraine to join NATO at the Vilnius NATO Summit shall not mean immediate membership and shall not result in NATO war with Russia.

We, the undersigned, share the belief that not inviting Ukraine to NATO would mean provoking Putin to continue the aggression against Ukraine and other Easter European countries. 

We, the undersigned, strongly support the unity of the NATO allies and fully believe in their ambition to lead in protection peace, democracy and international law in Europe.
