We "The people of Greater City of Sudbury and local business owners" are requesting that City Council remove Dr.Penny Sutcliffe from Public Heath Sudbury Districts on the grounds of mismanagement of both the opiate epidemic which has caused more deaths than covid and also for the mismanagement and overreach of COVID19 measures.

We would like to remind City Council that Dr.Penny Sutcliffe is not above the law or mandates set out by Ontario Public Health, Provincial & Federal Governments.

Penny Sutcliffe should be held accountable for injecting the children of Greater Sudbury with adult doses of vaccines. Parents received an email and letter from Public Health explaining the mistake they've made. This could have been devastating for parents if a child would have died.

We are also asking that City Council contact the Attorney General to request a criminal investigation regarding the mass distribution of needles in our community, the neglect to follow the harm reduction mandate set out by Health Canada and held partially accountable for opiate deaths resulting in the mass distribution of needles within the Greater Sudbury area.

In regards to COVID19 measures, Dr.Penny Sutcliffe is not qualified to make decisions that will destroy our local economy. Our local businesses have been stressed to the max over nonsense measures that go above and beyond the mandates set out by the Ontario Government & Public Health Ontario.

We the people demand the removal of Dr.Penny Sutcliffe and demand the immediate suspension of all Public Health orders within our community as they are based on no scientific evidence which has yet been presented to the public.
