Verbal assault against a child with disabilities/differences should not be allowed on property no matter whether it involves civil issues or not. We protect children from bullying in schools, do not allow verbal assault in public, but when it involves an ex spouse it is difficult to seek justice for those who were assaulted - specifically children who do not understand the realm of what is going on. 

It is important that we relay to our future generations that verbal assault against anyone for any reason is not acceptable and should not be allowed for any reason, whether the recipient understands what is being said or not. 

The solution is to make this a criminal offense that must result in consequences for an adult who is the perpetrator.
