Grant Work Authorization Extension for C11 EAD Holders

Grant Work Authorization Extension for C11 EAD Holders
The Issue
Thousands of Ukrainian war survivors legally entered the United States under the Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) program, believing in the promise of safety, work, and rebuilding their lives.
Now, due to executive orders issued by the new administration, USCIS has placed an indefinite hold on all parole-related cases, without granting automatic work permit extensions to C11 EAD holders. As a result, hardworking families, homeowners, and taxpaying parents are losing their jobs and being pushed toward welfare, despite following every law and regulation.
Meanwhile, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders (C19 category) are protected by a 540-day automatic extension of their work authorization.
Why are U4U parolees, who fled the same war, being abandoned?
We demand immediate action:
Grant an automatic 540-day work authorization extension for C11 EAD holders whose renewal cases are pending.
Protect the right of Ukrainian parolees to work, support their families, and contribute to the U.S. economy.
Please sign this petition to support Ukrainian families who ask for nothing but the ability to work and remain self-sufficient.
