Women often have to endure the unavoidable pain and discomfort of menstruation while at work.

Menstruation is a natural process to facilitate childbirth, and also to keep women's bodies healthy all-round. Around 80% of women suffer pain and discomfort during their periods, those with PCOS having disruptive and vicious pain cycles.

During this time, women are medically advised to "take it easy", but we live in a demanding world of inflation. Some endure this pain and function as best as they can at work, only to potentially put their bodies in danger while performing tasks. All for money's sake so that they can survive.

A woman's sexual health is more influential to her life than most people know, and thus all women deserve enough days off to facilitate this amazing (albeit painful) natural process.
