SOGIE bill is very important to LGBTQIA+community and until today this bill is not recognized and approved by the Philippine Government. And it is frustrating that they approved the MAHARLIKA FUNDS first than the welfare and rights for its people. Many would say that SOGIE bill is not needed because Filipinos accepts the LGBTQIA+community but we still experience discriminations, the LGBT couples don't have rights to their partners, young part of the community are afraid to express their selves because of Judgements and fear. We don't want to get accepted only, we want to be respected too.

SOGIE bill can't violate or disrespect the straight community, it protects the rights of the LGBTQIA+community. There's a Bill of Rights but it is sometimes not for this kind pf community. We need a law that could really give us the. Freedom and rights that we deserve, we need a specific movement and laws to protect us.

We hope that by this we will get the rights and freedom that we deserve.
