The Issue

I am writing this petition with a deep personal connection to the plight of the descendants of chattel slavery. My ancestors endured the inhumane, sadistic and brutal treatment of chattel slavery. Even after the abolition of slavery, we have faced a relentless series of unwarranted systemic attacks, including but not limited to, lynching, Jim Crow laws, housing discrimination, mass incarceration, the crack cocaine epidemic, loss of identity, police brutality, injustice in the judicial system, racial profiling, miseducation, employment discrimination, the intentional concealing of black inventions and contributions to American society, destroying Black farmers, eugenics, genetic experimentation and the destruction of hundreds of Black Townships nationwide.

Throughout history, Black communities have been targeted through redlining, which deliberately denied us fair housing opportunities, and mass incarceration practices that disproportionately affected our men and women. The United States Government intentionally targeted the Black community with the  crack cocaine epidemic, which was largely ignored by policymakers, and this act further devastated our communities.  America’s cruel mass incarceration and crack cocaine programs destroyed our Black families.  We've been subjected to unethical genetic experimentation to save certain races of people and have struggled with the loss of our cultural identity.  Moreover, we are subjected to psychological warfare by the media and music industries who have manipulated the American people and music by depicting us as ignorant, violent, poor and inferior.  Lastly, we are constantly mocked by all races of peoples and nations on earth and are ready to govern and love ourselves and live in peace.

In light of these ongoing injustices, the only solution for descendants of chattel slavery is to redevelop our Black Townships that were destroyed through violence led by the federal, state and local governments in America, along with its white citizens/co-conspirators. It  is crucial to recognize and protect Black Townships as sovereign and protected territories. In order to ensure that such violence will never occur again on our land,  the United States must afford Black Americans protected status. By establishing them as such, we safeguard the future for descendants of chattel slavery and honor the rich cultural and historical legacy these communities hold. This status would provide us the autonomy needed to preserve and nurture our heritage and heal our people.  Descendants of chattel slavery deserve to be healed.  The Most High God demands our restoration and is backing this Petition.

Granting sovereign status to Black Townships would also ensure that descendants receive the protection they deserve, shielding us from systemic discrimination and providing secure environments for future generations to thrive.

I urge all of you who believe in justice and the recognition of historical wrongs to support this Petition. Your signature can help bring about the change desperately needed for a community that built America for free, yet has been silenced and tormented for over 400 years. Sign this Petition and stand in solidarity with us. Together, we can make history right. This Petition stands on the promises made to us in The Word of The Most High God. We stand on Isaiah 26 and are looking forward to a Nu Nashon. Amen.
