Dear Members of the School Board,  

We, the undersigned staff members of Evendale Elementary School, write this petition to formally request the immediate reinstatement of Dr. Michael Daddario as Principal and Ms. Morgan Kippley as Assistant Principal. Their leadership has been instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment, supporting both staff and students, and upholding the standards of excellence that define our school.  

Dr. Daddario and Ms. Kippley have demonstrated unwavering dedication to the success of Evendale Elementary. Under their guidance, our school has thrived academically and socially. They have cultivated a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, ensuring that both educators and students feel valued and supported. Their absence has created uncertainty and concern among staff, students, and parents alike.  

The decision to remove these esteemed leaders has deeply impacted the morale of our school community. We firmly believe that their leadership is essential to maintaining the stability and continued success of Evendale Elementary. We respectfully urge the school board to reconsider its decision and reinstate Dr. Daddario and Ms. Kippley to their respective positions.
