Grant Pardon to Kevin Keith, Wrongfully Incarcerated Since 1994

Grant Pardon to Kevin Keith, Wrongfully Incarcerated Since 1994
The Issue
As someone deeply invested in the principle of "equal justice for all," I am profoundly disturbed by the case of Kevin Keith. In 1994, Kevin was wrongfully convicted by an all-white jury, despite the fact there was NO physical evidence connecting him to the crime. No DNA, fingerprints or hair could be found. Today, new evidence has emerged that supports his innocence. This is not just a personal issue; it's a matter of justice and fairness that affects us all.
The flaws of our criminal justice system disproportionally affect marginalized communities, leading to convictions such as Kevin Keith's. Despite numerous appeals and new evidence, Kevin Keith remains incarcerated.
Kevin's case has attracted attention from advocates from around the country, who believe in his innocence. You can see the corruption and injustice of this case at Justiceforkevinkeith.org and also hear it on Spotify with Kim Kardashian's The System, The Case of Kevin Keith.
No one should be incarcerated for a crime they did not commit. We are humbly calling upon Govenor Mike DeWine to do the right thing and grant Kevin Keith a full pardon. By doing so, we can take one step closer towards true "equal justice for all." Please sign this petition if you believe in fair trials and justice for everyone.
