Grant Notheron a Pardon, who has been in the United States since the age of 8
The Issue
Notheron Clarke, is a loving father of one US citizen child, fiancee to his lovely girlfriend Rachel, a hard-working employee, and a valued member of his community, and has been in the United States since he was 8 years old, his whole family is in the United States. He was deported to Jamaica in 2023 after living in the US for over 25 years. He was deported because of a armed robbery offense he was accused of committing when he was 18 years old, since then, Notheron has maintained his innocence, served his sentence and paid his dues. He has since turned his life around and has been a law-abiding and productive resident of the US. He has no other criminal record, and he poses no threat to the public safety or national security of the US. Notheron deportation has caused immense hardship and suffering to his family and friends. His son Mckai who is only 18 months old, miss him terribly and struggle to cope with his absence. His Fiancee, who is a US citizen, has been left to raise their son alone, and faces financial and emotional difficulties. His employer, who is a small business owner, has lost a loyal and skilled worker, and has been unable to find a suitable replacement. His community, which is a diverse and vibrant neighborhood, has lost a friend and a neighbor, who contributed to the local economy and culture. We, the undersigned, urge the President of the United States Joseph R. Biden, U.S Department of Homeland Security to grant an immigration pardon to Notheron Clarke, and allow him to return to his family and his home in the US. Notheron deserves a second chance to live in the country he considers his home, and to be reunited with his loved ones. Notheron has maintained his innocence, and has demonstrated that he is a responsible and respectable person, who once released started paying taxes and donating to local charities. He has strong ties and support in the U.S, and he has no connection or affiliation to Jamaica. Deporting him was a disproportionate and unjust punishment, that violated his human rights and the best interests of his family. Please sign and share this petition to show your support for Notheron, and to demand justice and compassion from the US government. Together, we can make a difference and bring Notheron back to his family and his home. Thank you.
