Living in Valley Stream and going to a private school has been extremely hard, specifically with the bus company. Every town in Holy Trinity Diocesan High School has a late bus but Valley Stream. This can effect many students involvement in clubs, sports, and extra help. Many parents have jobs and cannot pick up their kids from extracurricular activities. We believe that providing a late bus for our district will make the lives of the students and their parents easier. It’s not just the students from Holy Trinity being affected. Other students from the Valley Stream school district do not have a late bus. Students from Kellenberg Memorial High School who live in the Valley Stream school district also do not have a late bus. This just shows that not having a late bus is a problem for the entire district.
