One of the most enjoyable thing in Great Falls for a lot of kids and families is to let creativity and confidence flow in our youth so that uncomfortable situations can be more encouraging for our youth to be able to say "yes I can do that" and being more comfortable with being uncomfortable. Skateboarding, scootering, or even BMX biking can and will help with that. The biggest issue Great Falls is finding every year is that the kids that love and drive to accomplish their happiness or goals in becoming a professional is that we only get a good 3 months maybe even 2 months of good weather to go to the outdoor skatepark in Gibson Park and then have to wait the rest of 9 months in order to go skating. If we had an indoor skatepark where there is NO alcohol, smoking, graffiti, or homeless people that aren't there to skate are allowed (vapes,cigs,weed, ect.) Inside and outside the premises then no matter the age the parents could feel more comfortable letting their young kids go and have fun. No fighting or drama will be allowed, and anyone that brings that there will be banned. It would help little kids from the ages 2-12 would learn about the park manors and have a positive place to have a lot of fun.
