The Issue
- It is our belief Skylea Rayn Carmack was abused and neglected by her biological parents, Kevin Carmack and Staycee Smith and more than one Stepmother.
We believe wholeheartedly Skylea's biological father, Kevin Carmack abused and neglected Skylea, in the very least, he failed to protect Skylea from emotional and physical abuse by Amanda Carmack as well as mental and emotional cruelty. In addition, Skylea's siblings who resided in the Gas City home with her, reported abuse as well.
